Another great thing about getting back into our regular routine after the holidays is regular menu planning!
- Monday - pizza
- Tuesday - Prosciutto wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese and twice baked cauliflower (new chicken recipe)
- Wednesday - baked chicken taquitos
- Thursday - gnocchi soup with spinach, roasted red peppers and sausage
- Friday - meatloaf and roasted red potatoes
- Saturday - lasagna roll ups
- Sunday - cranberry avocado salad with chicken and spiced pecans
