Okay, has anyone tried these Chobani Flips?? I try my best to stay out of Target, but it's the only place I can find them and, man, they are worth braving all of Target's temptations...
I'm not usually a Key Lime person, but this has become my favorite. This one is heavenly, too:
They factor heavily into my snacks or breakfasts during the week - highly recommend! I would also highly recommend the southwest chopped salad we made last week, but I was 'meh' about the buffalo chicken casserole. For all of the unhealthy stuff in there, I wanted to looooove it. We may make some tweaks to it and try it again though...
- Monday - Pizza
- Tuesday - Tequila Lime Turkey Chili (I'm feeling a bit under the weather today - Mother's Day of all days! So I pushed this back from last week.)
- Wednesday - Kebabs with Sirloin Steak Tips and Veggies with Cous-Cous (we got a couple pounds of these tips with our last Omaha Steak order, so we're going to try them in a simple kebab recipe.)
- Thursday - Mom's night out to see the Great Gatsby!
- Friday - Satay Chicken with Roasted Broccoli and Peanut Sauce
- Saturday - Rigatoni with Arrabiata Sauce (in a dutch oven, saute about 1 cup chopped onion in olive oil until soft, add about 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1/2 pound italian sausage, deglaze with some white wine once it's browned and add 28oz can crushed tomatoes, 8 oz tomato sauce, a can of tomato paste, a generous pinch or two of Kosher salt, pepper and crushed red pepper - let it cook as long as you can stand waiting to eat.)
- Sunday - Nancy's Chopped Salad (trying this recipe I found on Pinterest from Bonappetempt.com
I don't know what it is but chopping a salad makes it taste so much better!

Satay chicken, yum! Hope you're feeling better today. I didn't feel 100% yesterday, either. :(
